Chris and Brittany
Driving out to Landfall Lodge, I pulled up into this beautiful scenic farm, lily pad pond, with open fields and just absolutely beautiful.
As I was setting up, Brittany walks in and takes a seat to open up a gift and letter that Chris had gotten her for their special day. The tears streaming down my face seeing her reaction told me "man, we're gonna have a great day!"
Capturing these sweet moments is what I live for on wedding days!!!
The little moments like seeing Brittany's dad crying, during the first look, the tear building up in mom's eye after helping Brittany into her dress. How my heart had not exploded from all this pure emotion is beyond myself. The proud moment while Chris' parents helped in getting ready and at this moment, I'm already filled with so many happy emotions; then Brittany writes Chris a personal letter before the ceremony and seeing Chris tear up, well let say I got enough photos to walk slightly away to not show the hot mess that I was.
The ceremony was beautiful and perfect. After the family formal, we hiked down the pond area, away from everyone, and capture the newlyweds. Chris could not stop smiling and the way he looked at Brittany made my job every so perfect.
Oh.. can we also talk about the best man and maid of honor entrance, SCOOTERS!! I could not have been more excited to capture this awesome entrance.
The day came too soon and ended too quickly, but what a great night to remember ending with sparklers!
